As this will be our main Christmas fundraiser please ensure you share the link with as many family members & friends as possible.
The PTA is a very important part of the school. It is the main forum for parents, and the well-being of the school is enhanced by a healthy and active PTA. The PTA is only as good as the parents allow it to be. Their support of the PTA is essential and of great benefit to the school.
The parent body at an AGM elects the PTA Committee in September each year. This Committee is responsible for organising meetings, social events and fundraising events. A list of Committee members is posted each year on the notice board.
Without fundraising, school equipment and facilities would be inadequate. Over recent years the PTA has contributed towards the cost of IT equipment, school resources and has defrayed the cost of school tours.
All of this is a vital part of the work of the PTA, but it also arranges occasions for families and extra-curricular activities for children.
