Glen Daly Workout Videos
We had Glen Daly into our school to do HIIT workouts with the classes before Christmas. He has kindly sent us on some workout videos to get you moving at home during this 'Stay Home' phase. The videos are too large to upload directly onto this website so I will share a link to his Instagram, where all the videos are uploaded.
The idea is to do 20 minutes work. You do 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest or 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest or 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest - the videos vary.

PE with Joe Wicks (The Body Coach)
Starting Monday 23rd March Joe is going to be hosting a free workout aimed at kids LIVE on his YouTube channel.
With the schools closed and with us all spending more time at home, it's more important than ever that we keep moving and stay healthy and positive.
Exercise is an amazing tool to help us feel happier, more energised, and more optimistic.
The workouts will be fun and suitable for all ages and even adults can get involved.
You don't need any equipment, just tune in to his YouTube channel at 9am each morning for a 30-minute, fun workout. The videos will be saved to his YouTube channel if you cannot make it for 9am.
