6th Class Graduation

On Monday 29th June, we celebrated the 6th class Graduation. We didn't get to end the year the way we would have liked to, but it was great to give them the send-off they deserve.

Sports Day 2020

On Friday the 5th of June, we were supposed to have our annual Sports Day up in Alsaa. However, this year was a little different.

The teachers all challenged their class to host their very own Sports Day at home.

Remembering Fun Times in School

This time last year there was great excitement around our school, the delivery had just arrived from Kites For Schools. The 5th and 6th class made their kites first and tested them out in the yard. They then went down to the junior and senior infants classroom where they paired up with an infant to help them make their kite. Next it was onto 1st and 2nd to lend them a helping hand also, 3rd and 4th managed on their own.

As Friday approached, the excitement grew. You buddied up and walked to the local green, with an extra little spring in your step. Moments later there were over 100 kites flying high in the sky. You laughed, you ran, you skipped and giggled and it was so wonderful to see. The perfect day!

Remember boys and girls, days like this will come again, and we can't wait to see you again, to hear all your laughs and see your smiles too:)
